• City Hall Papers: White papers crafted by technology and other start-ups describing their companies, their products or services, how their products or services are used, and their vision for the future. Papers will be posted on the City Hall Web site. Allowing this forum demonstrates that local government supports, and even endorses entrepreneurs, technology and innovation, and allows a bridge between the public and private sectors. For those on the go, Podcasts describing the company could be downloaded.
  • Reference Site: This site, also accessed through the City Hall website, will allow the public to experiment and view demonstrations and functionality of local technology solutions. As an example, one can go to the Reference Site and download the latest beta application for your company’s cell phone or IpodĀ®.
  • Cleveland Spends: A pledge that a fixed percentage of the City’s technology budget will be dedicated to purchasing products and services from local technology companies.
  • Leveraging Engagements: The beneficiaries of City contracts must work to achieve a goal that a fixed percentage of the financial benefits derived from those City contracts will be dedicated to purchasing local technologies for deployment in their solutions.
